Pastor Barry has family roots in the Northern Neck. In his current role as Discipleship Pastor at Lawndale Baptist Church he oversees over 50 Sunday school and Bible Study (D-Life) groups each week. He is a frequent speaker at churches and a lead trainer for D-Life in the Southeast.

Pastor Barry has 37 years of ministry experience in the area of Discipleship & Education. He has a Masters of Arts in Christian Studies from Luther Rice Seminary, A Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christianity from Mercer University and Majored in Pastoral Ministers from Liberty University.

Barry is married to Diane Morehead. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.
